University Podiatry Group is open and taking the necessary precautions to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff. We are closely following guidelines passed down by government agencies and UCLA Health. In addition to being open for patients to be seen in the office by their doctor, we are also offering VIDEO VISITS (Telehealth) as a virtual and secure method of still having a patient-doctor encounter without the hassle of driving into the office. All you need is an internet connection and access to a device with video and audio capabilities, such as a computer, tablet or smartphone. You can have a real-time, face-to-face discussion with your doctor just as you would during an office visit. Currently all health insurance plans including Medicare are covering these encounters during the COVID crisis.
